Vitamin D in the active complex

Vitamin D fulfills important tasks in the body in bone metabolism2 and for the immune ^system1 . It is not a lone fighter, but works closely with other micronutrients such as vitamin K2. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and to a normal calcium level in the blood. Together with vitamin K, it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
