Effects of active ingredients :

Iron contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin. This contributes to the transfer of oxygen to the tissues and to reducing fatigue.

Iron contributes to normal cognitive functions, the normal function of the immune system, participates in the process of cell division, contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Folic acid increases the level of folate, which contributes to the growth of germline tissues during pregnancy.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system activity, normal mental activity, normal heart activity.

Dosage and use : Take 1 tablet twice a day, approximately 30 minutes before a meal, and drink it with water. Do not use this product with coffee or black tea to reduce the effect of the product.
