Heparoid cream relieves pain and inflammation, also promotes the healing of inflammation of veins, including venous ulcers, and softens stiff skin in venous insufficiency. Heparoid cream is a local anticoagulant (blood clotting suppressant) which, when applied to the skin, relieves pain and inflammation, in addition to promoting the healing of inflammation of veins, including leg ulcers, and softens stiff skin in venous insufficiency.
It is used to improve blood circulation for bruising (including bruises) or soft tissue injuries, including injuries to muscles, tendons of the joint capsule and ligaments, swelling after injury or injury, when it accelerates the absorption of blood sprains, reduces the formation of edema. Following the resolution of swelling and blood sprains, the feeling of tension and pain at the site of inflammation or injury decreases.
It is also used to improve scarring after injuries or surgeries and to soften stiff and protruding scars.
The package contains 100 g of cream.
Dosage and method of use
The amount of cream that will be used depends on the size of the treatment area. Unless the doctor directs otherwise, gently massage into the affected area about 1 mm thick layer of cream 2-3 times a day.
Composition
The active substance is heparinoid S. One gram of cream contains 2 mg of heparinoid S (equivalent to 200 IU).
Excipients are liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, hard paraffin, cetylstearyl alcohol, stearic acid, monoacyglycerols of carbonated higher fatty acids, ethoxylated alcohols (C12-C14), white wax, methylparaben, trolamine, propylparaben, purified water.
Contraindication

Heparoid must not be used for allergies to heparinoid S or any of the other ingredients, blood clotting disorders (such as haemorrhagic diathesis, various forms of purpura, thrombocytopenia, haemophilia, various general conditions with a tendency to bleed).
