Consumption recommendation

Recommended intake: If required, take 1-2 capsules after meals or before going to bed, preferably with hot water. Do not take more than 6 capsules daily.
Ideally applicable as a cure of approx. 1 month.
It is generally recommended to keep an interval of 1-2 hours between taking food supplements and medication. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.

The capsules contain no artificial preservatives or colorings. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and is vegan.
