Consumption recommendation

Recommended intake: Take 1-2 capsules in the morning, at noon and in the evening before meals, preferably with plenty of hot water.
It is generally recommended to keep an interval of 1½-2 hours between taking other dietary supplements and medications. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.

The capsules contain no artificial preservatives or colorings. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and is vegan.
