Granufink Prosta plus Sabal 60 capsules

GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal is a herbal medicine and contains pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil and a dry extract of saw palmetto fruits.

Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in dysfunction of the urinary tract in men (e.g. frequent urge to urinate, weakened urinary stream or dribbling of urine).
The presence of a serious underlying disease as the cause of the symptoms must be ruled out.

This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is only registered for the stated areas of application because it has been used for many years.

This medicine is used in adults aged 18 and over.

Contraindications

Do not use GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal if you are allergic to pumpkin seeds, pumpkin-like plants such as watermelon, courgettes, etc., saw palmetto fruit or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6). 

interactions

A few suspected warfarin interactions have been reported. Elevated INR values ​​have been reported.

Pregnancy and lactation
GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal is not indicated for use in women, therefore no information. 

GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal contains lactose (milk sugar).
Please only take GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from a sugar intolerance.

application

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is
adults aged 18 and over:
1 hard capsule 3 times a day.

Use in children and adolescents
The use of GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Method and duration of use:
Oral use. GRANUFINK Prosta plus Sabal should be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably before meals.
In principle, the duration of the application is not limited. If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 14 days, contact your doctor.

side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Common side effects (affects 1 to 10 users in 100):
Mild gastrointestinal problems such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Rare side effects (affects 1 to 10 users in 10,000):
Allergic reactions (rash, skin redness/erythema, facial swelling/oedema).

Very rare side effects (affects less than 1 user in 10,000):
Anaphylactic shock (severe, life-threatening allergic hypersensitivity reaction).

The active ingredients are:
pumpkin seeds 400 mg
pumpkin seed oil 340 mg
dry extract of saw palmetto fruits (drug-extract ratio (DEV) 7-13:1,
extractant ethanol 90% (m/m)) 75 mg

The other ingredients are: colloidal anhydrous silica, lactose monohydrate, sodium laurilsulfate, gelatin, purified water, iron oxide black, red and yellow (E172).
