DR. KOTTAS women's tea is a specially formulated herbal tea for relaxed menopause.
Lemon balm, passion flower and valerian ensure calm and serenity. Lady's mantle, with its high tannin content, is traditionally used to treat menstrual problems. Sage with its antiperspirant properties, yarrow and red clover - rich in phytoestrogens - are classic herbs used for women going through the menopause.
The herbs contained in the tea are strictly tested according to the regulations of the pharmacopoeia and thus a high content of herbal ingredients is guaranteed.

PREPARATION:
Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag well and sip the tea while it is lukewarm. The tea can be sweetened to taste. Drink a cup several times a day. The tea should be drunk over a longer period of time.
