Herbal tea with fennel and anise can be offered to children and babies from the first month of age. Fennel, anise and caraway are herbs that promote normal digestion. Their taste is pleasantly sweet, so there is no need to sweeten the tea.
Ingredients
Fennel (55%), anise (30%), cumin (15%).
Use
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the infusion bag and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Before serving, cool to a suitable drinking temperature (approx. 37 ° C) and check. Always prepare a fresh drink. If sugar is added to sweeten the tea, do not give it to the baby from a bottle of teat, but use a cup as soon as possible. Excessive use of tea with sugar can lead to increased tooth decay. The maximum sugar dose per cup (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g / 100 ml). Tea does not contain caffeine or gluten.
