Hedelix syrup 200 ml
Hedelix syrup is a traditional herbal preparation that makes it easier to cough up mucus from the airways. It is used to treat a wet cough that accompanies a cold. Hedelix syrup can be used by adults, teens and children from birth.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 5 ml 3 times a day. Children aged 5-12 years take 2.5 ml 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 10 ml. Children aged 1-4 years take 2.5 ml 3 times a day. Infants under 1 year of age take 2.5 ml once a day. If the symptoms of the disease persist for more than 7 days, see a doctor.
Ingredients
The active substance is Hederae helicis folii extractum spissum (ivy leaf extract) (2.2–2.9: 1), extracted with a mixture of ethanol 50% (V / V) and propylene glycol (98: 2) 0.8 g in 100 ml.
The other ingredients are glycerol macrogol hydroxystearate, hyetelose, non-crystallising sorbitol 70%, propylene glycol, glycerol, star anise oil, purified water.
Notice
Hedelix syrup contains sorbitol, therefore it must not be used for fructose intolerance. Hedelix syrup does not contain sugar or alcohol (ethanol). Therefore, it is also suitable for diabetics and patients who are not allowed to take drugs containing alcohol.
