Dietary supplementary food for acidification of cat and dog urine in order to prevent the formation of urinary stones (struvites) and to remove odors.
URO-PET contains DL-methionine, which has the ability to acidify urine. It is a dietary supplement that helps reduce the incidence of recurrent urinary stones (struvites). It can be used in cats with lower urinary tract inflammation syndrome (FLUTD) and in dogs prone to the formation of urinary stones (struvites). The recommended daily dose depends on individual needs and should be estimated based on a real decrease in urine pH.
Due to the high palatability, the paste is very easily accepted by animals. Main nutritional and physiological properties: acidification of urine (methionine).
Soybean oil, malt, dextrose, molasses, fish oil, propylene glycol.

Limitation of struvite stone formation
Cat: ½ - 1 teaspoon (2.5 - 5 ml, 3 - 6 g) twice a day.
Dog: ½ - 3 teaspoons (depending on live weight) twice a day.
Maintenance dose :
Cat: ½ - 1 teaspoon (2.5 - 5 ml, 3 - 6 g) 2 or 3 times a week.
Dog: ½ - 3 teaspoons (depending on live weight) 2 or 3 times a week.
Administration: Shelf life: up to 6 months. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use.
The paste should not be used on an empty stomach. Administer the paste directly orally, with food or in drinking water.
