Irritable bowel syndrome is a condition that manifests itself with varying intensity through a variety of symptoms that vary from person to person. Typical symptoms are pain, flatulence, dilation and discomfort in the abdomen, sometimes associated with an altered appearance of the stool and irregular bowel movements (constipation, diarrhea).

How does Colilen IBS work?

Colilen IBS works thanks to its patented molecular complex ActiMucin, which consists of resins, polysaccharides and polyphenols. Through a mechanical-physical mechanism, ActiMucin interacts with the surface of the intestinal mucosa: a protective film is formed, which protects the mucosa from contact with irritants.

Due to its protective mechanism, Colilen IBS gradually reduces intestinal discomfort.

How is Colilen IBS used?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules three times a day between or before meals.

Colilen IBS can also be used in combination with other possible symptomatic treatments in the acute phases of the complaints.

Depending on the intensity of the symptoms, a treatment period of 2 to 6 weeks is recommended and a repetition if the first symptoms recur.
