The Active Flora Duo food supplement contains a mixture of probiotic bacteria + prebiotic inulin. Complementary use of probiotics is recommended to support the microbial flora of the digestive system, especially during antibiotic treatment, diarrhea or intestinal infection, changes in eating habits or functional disorders of the intestine. This food supplement can also be given to infants from 2 months of age: the capsule can be opened and emptied into infant formula. This method can also be used by adults and the contents of the capsule can be mixed with a drink or semi-solid food.

Dosage
- Adults and children (3-18 years): 1-2 capsules per day. The capsule should be swallowed whole or may be opened and its contents should be placed on the tongue with water or juice.
- Infants (from 2 months) and children under 3 years: 1 capsule per day. Open the capsule and pour its contents into a semi-solid food (apple snack, yogurt, etc.) or a drink (water, juice, milk).
- During antibiotic therapy, Active Flora Duo capsules can be taken concomitantly with antibiotics.
