KalmStress contains natural herbal ingredients: powdered hop cones, valerian root extract and bitter yellow root.

The product is recommended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age in cases of:

• feelings of mild nervous tension,
• sleep problems

* powdered hop cones (Humulus lupulus)

• have calming effects on the nervous system,
• used for stimulation of the central nervous system and difficulty falling asleep.

* valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis)

• helps maintain natural sleep,
• contributes to the maintenance of normal sleep quality,
• helps manage stress associated with an intense lifestyle,
• supports mental well-being - during tension and stress,
• helps with mental and physical relaxation,
• helps with falling asleep.

* bitter yellow root (Gentiana lutea):

• traditionally used in states of mental and physical fatigue,
• supports physical and mental abilities.

The product is safe to use, not addictive.

Method of use:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: for mild nervous tension: 1-2 tablets per day. As a sleep aid: 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime.

Divide the recommended daily amount of feed shown in the nutrition table into 1-2 equal portions during the day.

Filler: sorbitols, powdered hop cones (Humulus lupulus), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), gentian root extract (Gentiana lutea), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet is essential for maintaining health.

Ingestion in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect.
