Aquilea Sleep Forte is an innovative three-layer tablet that has been specially developed to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and stay asleep.

The three layers ensure a naturally better quality of sleep:

Reduced time to fall asleep: The first layer is released quickly and contains 1 mg of melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, as well as piperine (from black pepper), vitamin D and vitamin B6 for a synergistic effect. Vitamin B6 contributes to the support of the nervous system and psyche.

Promotes sleep through the night: The second layer is released during the night and contains griffonia, which is used to make melatonin in the body. It also contains passionflower and California poppy for better sleep quality.

Promotes recovery: The third layer is released with a delay, valerian and lemon balm promote relaxation, support regenerative sleep and contribute to a recovered awakening.
