Due to certain life circumstances, our sleep can be impaired due to external factors that we cannot influence. This can lead to a burden in everyday life, but also in terms of our physical and mental health.

Aquilea has developed Sleep Instant with melatonin, with melatonin as a (easily soluble) powder for better sleep: Melatonin contributes with 1 mg to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag.

In addition, the product contains lemon balm, passion flower and California poppy, which contribute to relaxation and thus promote restful sleep.

Thanks to its composition with melatonin 1 mg, lemon balm extract, passion flower extract and California poppy extracts, Aquilea Sleep Instant promotes sleep. It shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and promotes recovery from subjective jet lag sensations.

RECOMMENDED INTAKE

It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before bedtime. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or cup and pour warm or cold water and drink.
