Melatonin Forte Herbal is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets. Contains melatonin, valerian, hops, lemon balm and vitamin B6.
Melatonin is a sleep hormone, the body's own substance influencing circadian rhythms. Its blood level normally increases after dark and peaks in the middle of the night. The organism creates it on its own, but its production can decrease with age , and therefore it is recommended to consult the dosage individually with a doctor or pharmacist.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1/2 tablet once a day before bedtime. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient amount of liquid.
