Oregano (Dobromysl obecná) has long been used as a very useful plant. Its basic active ingredient is carvacrol essential oil , the content of which in our oil reaches 70-80% .

Oregano oil contains about 30 active ingredients, including other essential oils, phytosterols, flavonoids and other substances.

Use oregano oil diluted, 1-5 drops per 100 ml of water or juice 1-3 times a day.

The average daily dose of 6 drops contains 26 mg of oregano oil. The maximum daily dose of 15 drops contains 65 mg of oregano oil.
