Dietary supplement GynMax contains indole-3-carbinol, which positively affects the metabolism of estrogen and therefore estrogen-dependent tissues.

Indole-3-carbinol is obtained by extraction from cross-flowering plants such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kohlrabi and kale.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule once a day during a meal, with plenty of water. For optimum efficiency we recommend taking 3 months and repeat this treatment twice a year (preferably in spring and autumn).

If necessary, take 1 capsule twice a day for 3 months. If you weigh more than 60 kg, you can increase the dose to 3 capsules a day.
