Perch fillet with zucchini and yellow pepper
For 2 people we need: 2 pike fillets, 1 tablespoon KOTÁNYI Fish, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow pepper, a pinch of KOTÁNYI thyme, salt, pepper , a little lemon juice.
Preparation instructions:
Coat the fillets on both sides with the KOTÁNYI Ryby mixture, let them sit for about 10 minutes and bake in olive oil, skin side down, for 2-3 minutes at a medium temperature, then carefully turn the fillets over. Cut the courgette, cleaned and peeled pepper into small cubes, fry in olive oil, salt, pepper and season with thyme. Serve with fillets drizzled with lemon juice.
Tip: instead of pike perch, we can also use trout fillets.
