A delicate wrapper for delicious meat, great fish and crunchy vegetables. With this KOTÁNYI mixture, everything you fry gets a beautiful golden yellow color and a delicate aroma. Fried salmon with mustard
For 2 people we need: 2 salmon fillets and 150 g, 1 tablespoon of tarragon or full-fat mustard, 3 tablespoons of coarse flour, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of KOTÁNYI Fried steak, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, vegetable oil , 2 slices of lemon.
Preparation instructions: rub the fish fillets heavily with mustard. Beat the eggs well together with the KOTÁNYI mixture Fried steak. Coat the fish in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil at approx. 170°C until crispy. Let it drain well. Serve on preheated plates decorated with lemon slices.
Tip: cucumber salad tastes great as a side dish.
