Product description
The secret of a good pizza is in the spices, which, although not visible, add a great taste. Just like the Kotányi Pizza mix, which you simply sprinkle on the prepared pizza and drizzle with a little oil before baking. Bon appetit!
Classic example:
Pizza margherita
For 2 people we need:
220 g of plain flour, salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/8 liter of lukewarm water, 1/2 package of dry yeast (about 20 g), 250 g of peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, a pinch of Kotányi Oregano, balsamic vinegar, 2 mozzarellas, 2 tablespoons of Kotányi Pizza.
Preparation: Add yeast to lukewarm water, mix and add flour mixed with salt and olive oil. Knead it into a smooth dough. Form 2 equal balls from the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Cook the tomatoes with salt, pepper, oregano and balsamic vinegar until creamy. Roll out 2 pizzas from the dough, spread them with the prepared sauce, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with the Kotányi Pizza mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C until crispy.
Tip: brush the edges of the finished pizza dough with garlic oil.
