Mucos Phlogenzym 800 tablets
Phlogenzym is a proteolytic enzyme preparation designed for post-traumatic and post-operative swelling and as a supportive treatment for inflammatory and rheumatic diseases.
Detailed product information
Phlogenzym contains a combination of two proteolytic enzymes bromelain and trypsin (protein breakers ) and plant flavonoid rutoside , which have a positive effect in different phases of inflammatory response and immune processes. They are involved in the elimination of harmful metabolic products at the site of inflammation, in rapid absorption of swelling, blood bruising and lesions. They normalize the permeability of the vessel wall and thus also reduce the formation of swelling.
Phlogenzyme reduces blood flow by improving blood flow to the small blood vessels, helping to regulate blood circulation, nutrient supply and oxygen. All of this promotes and accelerates the processes of healing and tissue regeneration and reduces the pain associated with inflammation. Tablets are resistant to gastric juice.
Phlogenzym is used for post-traumatic and postoperative swelling and as a complementary treatment of inflammatory diseases of the urogenital and venous system (inflammation of the veins, leg ulcers) and rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue rheumatism, inflammatory arthritis activation). Phlogenzym is designed for adults and children from 6 years of age. Children only after consulting with a physician who will determine the dosage.
Dosage:
Adults use 6 tablets a day (3 times a day 2 tablets or 3 tablets a day). In case of a severe course of the disease or in need of rapid absorption of swelling, blood bruising and leakage, 12 tablets may be taken (3 times daily 4 or 4 times daily 3 tablets).
The recommended dosage for children from 6 years of age is 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight per day in 2-4 divided doses.
