• Calcium is needed to maintain the normal state of bones and teeth. It contributes to normal muscle activity, proper blood clotting and normal digestive enzyme function.
• Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, and to the proper functioning of muscles and nerves. It is important for maintaining the normal state of bones and teeth and for protein synthesis. It contributes to the electrolytic balance of the body.
• Zinc helps normal function of the immune system, contributes to normal DNA synthesis, divides cells and protects them from oxidative damage. It is needed to maintain the normal state of bones, hair, nails and skin.

Dosage:

Adults take 1-2 tablets daily. Children under 12 take 1 tablet a day.

Composition:

Calcium 333.3 mg (42% DDD), magnesium 133.3 mg (36% DDD), zinc 8.3 mg (83% DDD) per tablet.
