Use
It is advisable to start using Aniball no earlier than 3-4 weeks before the planned date of delivery. Perform the exercise 1 time per day for 15-30 minutes. A detailed description of the exercises can be found in the instructional video. Respect your body and inflate the balloon to a size that is comfortable for you, only until you feel a slight tension. It must not cause pain or other unpleasant sensations.
Aniball is safe
