The effect of marmot oil in old home recipes has been appreciated for centuries, especially in the Alpine region. It has always been used for tension, lumbago and sore muscles, e.g. after overexertion. In particular, it supports the joints and the entire musculoskeletal system.
Effect
The active ingredients contained in pure marmot oil include various fatty acids such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, vitamin E and (natural) corticosteroids. Applied after sports, hiking and physical exertion, it supports the rapid regeneration of the musculoskeletal system. Numerous masseurs and therapists use marmot for their daily work. And what many do not know - pure groundhog oil can even be drunk - in this case it has a beneficial effect on the stomach and lungs.
Application and areas of application
Rub the affected areas with marmotin oil 3 times a day for 4 to 2 weeks, then pause for about 3 weeks. After that, the application can be repeated.
