Dr. Klade's Nasal Gnome Facial Heat Pad Pink

This relaxing face pillow serves as a support on the forehead and cheeks. The natural filling of rapeseed, peppermint leaves and chamomile flowers results in a light, fragrant topping. It stores both heat and cold well and is therefore versatile: cooling and decongestant for swollen eyes and mucous membranes of the nose, warming for colds where heat is good.

Ingredients: 100% cotton shell, rapeseed filling, peppermint leaves and chamomile flowers. Not washable. After use, allow to dry thoroughly and reuse.

Rapeseed retains heat very well. The pillow can be heated in the oven at approx. 80°C for 10 minutes and thus develop its relaxing effect even better. For a cooling topping, put the nasal gnome in a freezer bag and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

The face pillow also has a relieving effect on tension in the head area.
