Elixirs de Bach Sleep is a flower essence, it contains crested grebe, red peacock, horse chestnut, aspen, woodpecker.
Horse chestnut supports the normal functioning of the circulatory system.
Sporýš medical helps to maintain the normal function of the intestinal tract, immune and respiratory system. It is an antioxidant and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
The essences are mixed strictly in accordance with the recipe of Dr. Edward Bach.

Dosage and method of use
Add 4 drops to any beverage you are currently drinking. Or prepare a drink for the whole day - add 12 drops to one liter and drink during the day.
