A joint bath with Humal is beneficial for tension and lumbago and has a regenerating effect on muscles and joints.
Humic acids are traditionally used in bath therapy, with the dosage of the joint bath being adapted to use as a full bath. If you only want to treat one part of the body - for example, arm or leg, the joint bath is the right choice.
Effect
The active ingredients humic acid and salicylic acid contained in the Humal joint bath promote local blood circulation, which can have a beneficial effect on muscular tension and pain.
Proven for decades, Humal used to be available as a drug - due to regulatory requirements, it is no longer possible to obtain drug-grade humic acid and therefore its production can no longer be done as a drug.
However, the recipe has remained unchanged, and so our Humal joint bath works exactly as it used to.
Application and areas of application
Sprinkle Humal Joint Bath into the bath water, strictly adhering to the dosage. By stirring briefly, dissolve the granules.
A bath temperature of 38°C and a bath duration of 20-25 minutes are recommended. Do not rinse off after bathing.
Recommended duration of use: One full bath on each of the first two days, then every other day.
Dosage for a full bath: 1 sachet of 37g for approx. 150l tub content. After the full bath, bed rest is recommended.
Dosage for small baths: 1 level coffee spoon (3g) to approx. 12l water. After the small bath, keep the body area warm. Small baths can also be used 2 times a day.
Do not use for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
