Humal joint bath is soothing for tension and lumbago and has a regenerating effect on joints and muscles.
Humic acids are traditionally used in bath therapy, where the dosage of the joint steep bath is adapted to use only for one part of the body - for example, arm or leg. For use as a full bath, the Humal joint bath is suitable.
Effect
The active ingredients humic acid and salicylic acid contained in the Humal joint bath promote local blood circulation, which can have a beneficial effect on muscular tension and pain in the joints.
Proven for decades, Humal used to be available as a drug - due to regulatory requirements, it is no longer possible to obtain drug-grade humic acid and therefore its production can no longer be done as a drug.
However, the formula has remained unchanged, and so our Humal joint dip works just as it used to.
Application and areas of application
Pour Humal Joint Steep Bath into the bath water and dissolve the granules by stirring.
A bath temperature of 38°C and a bath duration of 20-25 minutes are recommended. Do not rinse off after bathing and keep the affected parts of the body warm.
Recommended duration of use: One partial bath on each of the first two days, then every other day.
Dosage for a partial bath: 1 sachet of 12g for approx. 50 l of water.
Dosage for small baths: 1 level coffee spoon (3g) to approx. 12 l of water. After the small bath, keep the body area warm. Small baths can also be used 2 times a day.
Do not use for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
