HYDROGEL L-MESITRAN NET HYDROACTIVE MESH DRESSING 10pcs
L-Mesitran Net is a sterile loose-weave compress coated with a hydroactive honey hydrogel for use on acute and chronic wounds. L-Mesitran Net contains 20% medical honey, gel acrylic polymer and water on polyester mesh, which allows exudate to seep through the compress. L-Mesitran Net is intended to be used together with a suitable secondary compress and can be used together with L-Mesitran Ointment and Soft. L-Mesitran Net is indicated for chronic wounds such as bedsores, superficial burns, leg, arterial and diabetic ulcers or malignant wounds. In addition, it is indicated in acute injuries, such as transplant sites, surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.
Dosage and method of use
Inspect and clean the wound, if necessary, according to local procedures. Remove the sterile compress from the case. Separate the tile from the transparent plastic base and attach the freshly uncovered side to the wound. Cover and fix with a suitable secondary compress. Inspect the wound and surrounding tissue regularly as required by local procedures. In case of intolerance to the compress or any of its components, remove the compress with an appropriate technique and clean the place thoroughly. The compress can remain in place for up to five days, depending on the amount of exudate from the wound and the needs of the wound. If possible, L-Mesitran Net can remain in place while the secondary cladding is changed.
Notification
Do not use in people who are known to be sensitive to the compress or its components. L-Mesitran Net should not be used without a secondary compress that prevents the compress from drying on the wound and that holds the compress on the wound, separately on strongly exuding wounds, on deep burns, narrow cavities and sinuses.
