Dosage and method of use
The skin at the application site must be clean and dry. Open the bag (do not cut) and remove the warming compress, remove the protective foil and apply it with the sticky side to the skin at the site of pain. Slowly remove the tile after use.
The lining is activated by contact with air, so it should be removed from the bag just before use.
