Dosage and method of use
Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of St. John's wort and leave to infuse for 10 minutes in a covered container, then strain . Drink warm tea twice a day , morning and evening. Always prepare a fresh decoction immediately before use. To achieve the desired effect, use the tea for at least 10-14 days. If the symptoms of the disease persist for more than 2 weeks when using a traditional herbal preparation, consult a doctor or pharmacist, as the use of St. John's wort should not be long-term and without breaks.
