in 1 ml solution: 1 ml isotonic sea water from sea salt.
Remove the protective cap. Spray 1-2 times in air before first use to prepare spray. If necessary, inject several times a day into each nostril - adults and adolescents: 1-2 doses, children 1 to 6 years of age: 1 dose (1 dose = approx. 0.14ml). Hold the bottle upright when in use. Do not use lying down in children under 2 years of age. Wipe the dispenser dry after each use and refit the cap. For hygienic reasons, only one person should use nasal spray. Can be used for up to 30 days.
