OMK2 sterile eye solution 10ml
OMK2® is a sterile eye solution and is registered as a medical device . The 10 ml solution contains 2% citicoline, 0.05% vitamin B12 and 0.2% high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. It is intended for patients with incipient diabetic retinopathy.
- Thanks to the presence of citicoline , OMK2® provides useful and beneficial structural support in restoring the integrity of cell membranes affected by eye degenerative processes, such as incipient diabetic retinopathy.
- In addition, cyanocobalamin ( vitamin B12 ) protects cells from free radicals and promotes the growth of corneal epithelial cells . Thanks to its vitamin B12 content, it indirectly supports the physiological processes of corneal reepithelialization after eye surgery, laser surgery or small abrasions of the corneal surface.
- Thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid and its mucoadhesive and highly elastic properties, OMK2® enables the creation of a suitable microenvironment for reparative processes on the surface of the eye in case of damage to the corneal and conjunctival epithelium, improves the stability of the tear film and thus keeps the surface of the eye lubricated, hydrated and protected .
In addition, the moisturizing and protective properties of OMK2® provide relief for the eyes in case of irritation, burning and sensation of a foreign body in the eye , which are caused by environmental factors or long-term viewing of screens.
The package contains 10 ml.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dosage is 1 drop 3 times a day . Do not use in case of intolerance to any component of the product. Blurred vision may occur temporarily
after application . For activities requiring sharp vision, it is recommended to wait a few seconds after application. The product contains benzalkonium chloride (0.01%). Benzalkonium chloride, even in low concentration, can cause eye irritation, especially in people with dry eye syndrome or corneal disease. If you experience any unusual sensations, burning or eye pain after using these eye drops, contact your doctor. Benzalkonium chloride can pass through soft contact lenses and can change their color. Before using the product, it is recommended to remove contact lenses and wait 15 minutes before putting them back on.

Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Avoid eye contact with the dropper. In the case of using other locally acting eye medications, an interval of 10-15 minutes must be observed after application. After first opening, use the product within 30 days . Keep the product out of the sight and reach of children. The product is intended for external eye use only. After use, throw the bottle in the municipal waste. In case of long-term use, patients with dry eye syndrome or corneal disease should be monitored.
