How is OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair applied?

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l water 1-2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach.

If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair twice a day, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.

If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructo-oligosaccharides. This means that no fructose gets into the intestines.
