For whom is OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER suitable?

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER is suitable for compensating for the fiber deficit every day in order to provide important intestinal bacteria with sufficient food as a basis for life and also for regulating digestion:

• When constipated, they increase the volume of stool and soften the stool, making it easier to pass.
• In the case of diarrhea, fiber can thicken the liquid stool due to its strong swelling properties.
• Also suitable for children and pregnant women!

How does OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER work?

The ingredients have the following properties and characteristics, to which OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER owes its intended purpose:

• Contains cornstarch and guar gum specially refined for human consumption. OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER is a water-soluble fiber mixture that combines both the properties of soluble and insoluble fiber.
• 10% of the ingredients are immediately absorbed by the body, 40% are slowly fermented in the large intestine like soluble fiber and 50% are excreted in the stool like insoluble fiber, thus increasing stool volume.

The supply of viable symbionts (= probiotics) strengthens the "good" intestinal bacteria. It also applies to these bacterial strains that they need oxygen for their metabolism - these are so-called aerobic or mostly only facultatively anaerobic bacteria.

However, not all strains of bacteria can simply be "ingested" - a large part of our intestinal bacteria is strictly anaerobic and therefore cannot be cultured and stored outside of the body. As soon as they encounter oxygen, they die. Therefore, our anaerobic friends need special food (= prebiotics): If we feed these bacteria with their favorite foods, we create an optimal living space for them in our intestines. As a thank you, the "good" intestinal dwellers multiply and fulfill their task in an optimal way.

How is OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER used?

2 x 1 level measuring spoon (= 2 x 5 g) per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased by 1 scoop every week, up to a maximum of 5 scoops per day.

Mix one level scoop (5 g) with about 200 ml of liquid and stir the contents until the powder has dissolved completely and is clear.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBER can be stirred into drinks, soups or yoghurts without changing the taste or consistency.
