Kamut is an easily digestible cereal that contains quality proteins, minerals, trace elements and unsaturated fatty acids. It has a high vitamin A content , which contributes to the maintenance of normal eyesight and iron metabolism, and potassium contributes to normal muscle activity.

Use:

Kamut can be mixed in 150 ml cold still water and drink.
For adults, one heaping teaspoon twice a day on an empty stomach is suitable and for children from three years ½ teaspoons once a day.
