Dosage:
The usual daily dose is 1-2 capsules (once) in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before falling asleep. 

Warning:
Arginine is not intended for children and young people under 25, pregnant and breast-feeding women and people with cancer. Not suitable for diabetics and cold sores. It is not intended to replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children!
