BELOZYME 1.5 mg Oral Suspension 120ML
Belozyme contains the active substance benzydamine hydrochloride, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs). Belozyme relieves pain and swelling (inflammation).
It is used in adults and adolescents to treat pain in the mouth or throat, including:
- mouth ulcers, sore throat and painful gums,
- discomfort and dental discomfort (only on the recommendation of a physician and according to his instructions).
Pack size is 120 ml.
Dosage and method of use
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults, adolescents and elderly: rinse mouth or gargle with 15 ml of solution 2 - 3 times a day, not more than after 1.5 hours. The dose is measured with the enclosed measuring cup.
Rinse your mouth with the solution or gargle with it for 20-30 seconds, then spit the solution. Do not swallow the solution. Do not use for more than 7 days.
This medicine should not be used after a meal. Do not eat or drink immediately after use, as this may quickly remove the medicine from your mouth and throat.
If symptoms worsen or do not improve within 3 days, consult a doctor.
Ingredients
Belozyme contains the active substance benzydamine hydrochloride.
Fifteen ml of the solution contains 22.5 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride (corresponding to 20.1 mg of benzydamine).
The other ingredients are ethanol 96%, glycerol (E 422), saccharin sodium (E 954), methyl paraben (E 218), polysorbate 20, powdered currant aroma, quinoline yellow (E 104), patent blue V, sodium bicarbonate and cleaned water.
Contraindication
Read the package leaflet carefully.
Do not use this medicine in children under 12 years of age.
