Carbocit 50 tablets

Carbocit is suitable for acute diarrhea caused by dietary error, it is also used in less serious intestinal infections and in irritable bowel. It absorbs gases and harmful substances from the digestive tract and has a local disinfectant effect in the digestive tract. Carbocit tablets are for adults, adolescents and children over 3 years of age.

How to use Carbocit tablets:

Adults and adolescents take 4-5 tablets 3-4 times a day for acute diarrhea due to dietary error and 2-4 tablets 3-4 times a day for less severe intestinal infections and irritable bowel. Children from 3 years of age usually take 2-4 tablets 3-4 times a day. The product may be used for a maximum of 2 days without consulting your doctor.

Composition:

The active substances are carbo activatus 320 mg, bismuth subgallate 25 mg and citric acid monohydrate 3 mg per tablet.

The other ingredients are sucrose, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerol 85%, gelatin, talc, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate and lemon essential oil.

Notice:

Carbocit causes black stool discoloration that may mask gastrointestinal bleeding. The product may reduce the absorption and thus the effects of other orally administered medicines, so an interval of at least two hours should be maintained between taking the product and other medicines. Women taking oral contraceptives should also be insured with other forms of contraception while taking this medicine.
