The gut and the gut flora
The intestine with the largest surface (200 - 300 m2) has a dual function. On the one hand it is responsible for the absorption of food components and excretion, on the other hand it houses a huge number of bacteria, which as intestinal flora stimulate the immune system of the entire body. Dietary fiber + lactic acid bacteria
Darmflora plus contains a combination of the dietary fiber inulin and four different genetically characterized cultures of lactic acid bacteria. Inulin is a natural dietary fiber from chicory (chicory) that serves as "feed" for the lactic acid bacteria in the intestine. The contained niacin contributes to a normal intestinal mucosa and supports general well-being.
