Selamin ^® -E is a dietary supplement with selenium and natural vitamin E. Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the thyroid gland. In addition, selenium and vitamin E help protect cells from oxidative stress.

• Combined preparation with selenium and vitamin E for double protection of the cells against oxidative stress
• The essential trace element selenium and vitamin E must be supplied with food.
• The natural vitamin E used (RRR-α-tocopherol) is absorbed and stored by the body twice as well (longer-lasting effect) than synthetic vitamin E

Indication

• To compensate for a selenium deficiency, for example due to an absorption disorder or a very unbalanced diet.
• With a generally weakened immune system.
• Increased exposure to free radicals due to harmful environmental pollution (e.g. heavy metals, ozone, UV radiation, nitrogen oxides), stress, alcohol and nicotine consumption or inflammation

dosage

Take 1 tablet daily during a main meal without chewing.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
