Selamin ^® plus is a dietary supplement with selenium and copper. Both nutrients contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium also supports normal thyroid function.

Indication

• To compensate for a selenium deficiency, for example due to an absorption disorder or a very unbalanced diet.
• To compensate for a copper deficiency, for example due to insufficient absorption of copper from food or long-term use of zinc preparations.
• With a generally weakened immune system.
• Increased exposure to free radicals due to harmful environmental pollution (e.g. heavy metals, ozone, UV radiation, nitrogen oxides), stress, alcohol and nicotine consumption or inflammation.

dosage

Take 1 tablet daily during a main meal without chewing.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Copper supplements should only be taken in consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
