• 680.0 mg native linseed oil
• 500.0 mg fish oil
• 152.6 mg extra virgin olive oil
• 20.0 mg natural Vitamin E (166.67% NRV)

Average fatty acid composition per daily dose (2 capsules):

340 mg omega-3 fatty acids from plants (= alpha-linolenic acid), 350 mg omega-3 fatty acids from animals (of which 200 mg EPA, 150 mg DHA), 238 mg omega-9 fatty acids from plants (= oleic acid), 104 mg omega- 6-fatty acids vegetable (= linoleic acid).
