Siberian fir oil is a highly pure substance containing natural essential oils obtained from woody greenery - young shoots of Siberian fir branches (Abies sibirica), by distillation of vapors.
Dosage and method of use
Take the product internally, twice a day on an empty stomach of 10 - 15 drops.
When used externally, apply 2-3 times a day to problem areas.
