Crea Shot is a product recommended for use before strength and endurance training. It contains a combination of four forms of creatine (monohydrate, malate, ethyl ester and alpha ketoglutarate), arginine, glutamine and citrulline. Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, repeated high-intensity exercises. Arginine and citrulline are amino acids that perform many biochemical functions in the body, including precursors of nitric oxide (NO) secretion.
