Why high-dose vitamin D3 with K2?

Vitamin D is needed for the maintenance of bones and teeth, muscle function and the immune system. With little sunlight, the body's own vitamin D formation in the skin and the supply through food are usually not sufficient. In the absence of the body's own vitamin D formation, the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily intake of 20 μg (800 IU) Vitamin D (estimated adequate intake). This corresponds to 1 drop of Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil. Often, however, a higher vitamin D dosage is also useful.

Vitamin K also fulfils important tasks in bone metabolism and, in combination with vitamin D, is important for the maintenance of normal bones. The long-chain vitamin K3 contained in Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D2K2 oil in the form of menaquinone-7 is particularly bioavailable and has a significantly better stability in the body than vitamin K1.

Application:

1 drop (1 serving) daily.
1 drop contains 19 μg vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) and 20 μg vitamin D3 (800 I.U.).

Special Notes:

Attention: When taking vitamin K antagonists (coumarin type anticoagulants) at the same time, a consultation with the doctor must be made before use!

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
