NiQuitin Freshmint 4 mg in the form of chewing gum is designed to treat tobacco dependence, replacing a portion of nicotine absorbed by cigarette inhalation.

NiQuitin Freshmint 4 mg relieves withdrawal symptoms (such as irritability and weakness) and suppresses the appetite for nicotine withdrawal. Absorbed nicotine reduces the desire to smoke and helps to resist the cigarette. The goal of treatment is to permanently end tobacco addiction. This type of treatment is called nicotine replacement therapy. Psychological therapy, counseling and support usually improve the success of treatment.

NiQuitin Freshmint 4 mg chewing gum does not contain tar, carbon monoxide or any other toxin contained in cigarette smoke.

NiQuitin Freshmint 4 mg chewing gum is suitable for adult smokers who smoke 20 or more cigarettes a day. Teenagers aged 12 to 17 can only use chewing gum at the recommendation of a doctor.

Dosage:

Adults first use 8-12 chewing gums a day for cigarette flavor for up to 3 months. Gradually reduce the number of chewing gums per day to 1 to 2. Then stop the treatment. For sudden cigarette flavor use 1 chewing gum.

If you have chewing gum in the mouth, do not eat or drink as nicotine absorption may be reduced. Do not use more than 15 chewing gums a day. If you need to use NiQuitin Freshmint chewing gum for more than 9 months, talk to your doctor.

Composition:

The active substance is nicotine 4 mg (in the form of a resin complex called nicotine resinas).

The other ingredients are butylhydroxytoluene (E321), sorbitol (E420), xylitol (E967), calcium carbonate (E170), sodium carbonate (E500), glycerol (E422), acesulfame potassium (E950) ), arabic gum (E414), titanium dioxide (E171) and aroma: optacool, eucamentol and levomenthol.

Notice:

Do not use with other nicotine-containing products. NiQuitin Freshmint 4 mg contains sodium (to be taken into consideration for patients on a low sodium diet) and sorbitol (to be taken into account when certain sugars are inhaled) and butylhydroxytoluene, which may cause local skin reactions or irritation of the eyes and mucous membranes.
