ALAVIS ™ Duoflex is used for a variety of motor problems, eliminating inflammation and pain and affecting the regeneration of articular cartilage. It is mainly used in arthritis - an inflammatory process occurring in the joints due to cartilage disintegration, it systematically strengthens and moisturises cell membranes and provides cells with youthful suppleness and elasticity. It improves the quality of the synovial fluid protecting the joints and thus maintains their flexibility and mobility - acting as a joint lubricant.

Composition:
Celadrin ™ is a proprietary substance that contains a cetyl derivative and a mixture of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, in particular myristic, myristoleic and palmitic acids. Celadrin ™ combines two substances with anti-inflammatory effects that inhibit 5-lipooxigenase, an enzyme supporting oxidative and inflammatory processes. Inflammation is not only a source of pain, but also free radicals that aggravate the disease. Celadrin helps to increase the utilization and absorption of the chondroprotective substance glucosamine sulphate, which results in better and more effective nutrition of articular cartilage.
Glucosamine sulfate is a natural component of articular cartilage and synovial fluid. It ensures proper functioning of cartilage, its firmness, elasticity and resistance. The mechanism of action is chondroprotective (cartilage-protecting) action. The effect includes alleviating joint problems, improving mobility and slowing down or stopping further damage to the joints.

Dosage:
For horses weighing 500 kg 3 scoops a day.
Method of use: The powder is to be administered daily according to the recommended dosage into kernel feed or molasses. ALAVIS ™ Duoflex can be used in conjunction with ALAVIS ™ Celadrin for horses.
Duration of use: Not limited in time. No serious side effects have been reported with long-term administration.
