Complex of eight water-soluble B vitamins. B-complex super forte is enriched with vitamins B7, B9 and B12 and contains folic acid. These vitamins are important for maintaining many stories in the human body. The effects of all 8 vitamins complement each other and support each other. The main source of B vitamins from food is yeast, meat, cheese, whole grains, legumes and nuts. The product is designed to supplement the regular diet for children from 12 years of age and for those who have vitamin B deficiency. Vitamins B1, B3, B7 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity.
